The scope of work TALENT MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER has two (2). First is responsibility for talent management in a holistic manner and second is responsible for the management of talent development.
Target customers are composed of two (2) categories of academic and non-academic staff. Academic staff have four (4) sub-categories of educators, researchers, practitioners and industry leaders institutions. While the non-academic staff also have two (2) sub-category of Professional Management and Implementation of sub-categories.
